Rescheduling of Secondary School Education Forum 2022 to Jun 11
Dear Parents
As much as we look forward to hosting parents, families, schools and teachers from Hong Kong at the Secondary School Education Forum, for us as the organiser of the event, the health and safety of our attendees is our top priority in light of the tightening social distancing measures and the potential fifth wave of Covid-19. As a result, we have made the difficult but important decision to postpone the Secondary School Education Forum from Apr 2 to Jun 11 (Sat). The venue remains unchanged at JW Marriott Hong Kong.
We regularly consult with experts and hotel management on how best to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness on the day of the event, and we will put in place measures to deliver a safe and healthy environment. Please refer to this page for details, which will be regularly updated accordingly.
The eTicket that you have previously registered for and received is still valid for event admission on the new date. All you need to present at the event on Jun 11 is the same eTicket QR code. There will be some of the best international secondary schools for you to speak to and a selection of panel discussions where experts will provide practical tips on curriculum choices, admission & application, transition to secondary school, and more.
There is no further action needed from our attendees, so just sit tight and stay tuned for more details on Jun 11 event as we get closer and closer to the date.
However, should you wish to withdraw your participation, you may cancel your ticket(s) by clicking on the eTicket “View and manage your order online”. Should you require further assistance, please contact conferences@scmp.com.
Thank you, and we look forward to welcoming you at the Secondary School Education Forum on Jun 11.
Yours sincerely,
The South China Morning Post
